By the last two weeks of class, weeks 5-6, you'll be uncovering new reserves of strength and wisdom that have existed inside you all along. Your relationships will feel more balanced and healthy. Course Schedule
The Winter Glow~Up Course is 6 weeks long, beginning on 1/25/26.
Every Sunday new class material will be available.
Sundays on weeks 1, 3, and 5 include new class videos that will arrive to your email address.
Sundays on weeks 2, 4, and 6 will include live class sessions at 1pm ET (10am PT) where you can ask questions, share your experiences, and connect live with your instructor and other students.
Every live class will be recorded and emailed to you directly.
