As you are in the Self-Study option, feel free to do what works for you, like choosing two weeks, or even a month, to focus on each lesson instead of the original one week period. Week 1: Fierce Heart
When we are led by our hearts, we always know what to do. When we need to protect those we love, we are fearless. When we stand up for our ideals based on what is truly and eternally right, we are strong.
This course begins by focusing on your most valuable inner compass - your heart - and honing your awareness of its wisdom to allow it to guide you with courage, honor, and truth.
Week 2: Fierce Mind
A sharp, clear intellect is a valuable gift. The second week of class is about removing masks you wear to downplay your areas of mastery and genius. At some time or another, many of us learned to hide the best of ourselves for various reasons. It's time to show the splendor of who you are again. This week encourages you to let your mental gifts be as powerful as they can be. Assignments focusing on holding steady eye contact, cleaning up your body's posture, and cultivating conscious breath work help to center you in this way of being.
Week 3: Fierce Body
A strong, proud, unique and sensual body is the birthright of every woman. It's time to stop downplaying your beauty. Wear it with pride. It's time to shed insecurity about who you are physically in this world. Week 3 takes you through methods of grounding into your body and appreciating who you are as you take steps to strengthen and upgrade your physicality, including a 7 minute workout that is deceptively simple while building flexibility, power, and balance.
Week 4: Fierce Goddess
Here is where you put everything together, taking stock of the new tools you've learned throughout the process and deciding what you want to incorporate as long term habits and how to do so. Combining your innate wisdom with the new areas of inner strength and love you've uncovered, you choose in this final stage to step fearlessly into your new level of expansion and mastery.
