What happens in a Moon Gathering?
We begin with a guided meditation to focus our minds and nourish our subconscious selves through visualizations of healing energy. We set intentions for our time together and co-create a safe space for all.
Next, we discuss the month's focus, practice the activity led by our guests, and share experiences.
We close with a final guided meditation to help us digest and integrate the experience.
