The Power of Shadow Work
Shadow work gives us depth. We are here to experience the full range of human emotion, and lovingly integrating our "shadow" pieces is a way that we bring divine awareness to human life. Shadow work also increases compassion, mastery over reaction, and self awareness through shining a loving light on the parts of ourselves we thought were unworthy of love. Next, we find the areas of mastery and talent that are hidden behind our trauma, fear, pain, and anger. We let those parts of ourselves breathe and exist... and we are better for it. Our world is, too. |

Audio and video recordings of the workshop to be revisited whenever you wish.
