Here's what you'll need:
  • A Journal to write in (one you really like!)
  • 3 different color pens 
    • 1 for musings and general journaling
    • 1 for visions and meditations
    • 1 for recording your dreams
  • TIME - 15 mins each, morning and night
  • A nature spot
  • A sacred space in your home to do class work
  • The movement type you choose (and can really commit to, confidently!)
